Governments are cautiously opening borders again after lockdowns due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Seamless digital interactions between travellers and host countries are key as COVID-19 and other future pandemics will disrupt travel once again.  Governments will always want to obtain traveller data such as:

• Identity information,

• API/ APP and PNR data

• Biographic and biometric information

• Traveller itinerary

• Health information which today has become key

This data needs to be seamlessly integrated in the existing systems with no disruptions. ICAO, IATA, ACI, WHO and WTTC recommendations need to be recognized by countries creating a need for implementing systems for safe opening of travel, tourism and economic activities using touchless technologies.
